I'm actively pursuing both. If you need someone to solve a specific high-stakes problem on a defined timeline, I can engage as a consultant. If you want someone who will own a function and build something durable, I'm also the right full-time hire. The conversation usually clarifies which makes more sense.

We already have an internal ops team. Why bring you in?

Most ops teams are excellent at running what already exists. Where I add the most value is breaking logjams, designing new systems under pressure, and driving cross-functional alignment when teams are stuck. I accelerate what your team already wants to do.
