I'm not sure whether I need a consultant or a full-time hire. Which are you?
I'm actively pursuing both. If you need someone to solve a specific high-stakes problem on a defined timeline, I can engage as a consultant. If you want someone who will own a function and build something durable, I'm also the right full-time hire. The conversation usually clarifies which makes more sense.
We already have an internal ops team. Why bring you in?
Most ops teams are excellent at running what already exists. Where I add the most value is breaking logjams, designing new systems under pressure, and driving cross-functional alignment when teams are stuck. I accelerate what your team already wants to do.
How quickly could we start working together?
For consulting, we can typically scope and start within 2 weeks. For full-time roles, I'm targeting an early March 2026 start date. Either way, the first step is a 30-minute conversation.
What does a typical engagement with you look like?
It usually starts with a diagnostic, understanding the system, the constraints, and where execution is breaking down. From there I build a 90-day plan with clear milestones and owners. I prefer to have skin in the game and work alongside the team rather than just advise.
